Xe8 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and xe8 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the xe8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

Termination by Player

If you wish to close your account, please contact the xe8 support team via live chat or email. Before the account closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and no transactions may be pending.

Effects of Termination

• Any legitimate fund balance in the account will be returned to the player once the investigation is concluded (provided no violations are found).
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.
• Accounts terminated due to fraud are not eligible for any refund of funds.
